Orders and Delivery

Placing orders

Orders can be placed via the website, by phone or on WhatsApp at the phone numbers displayed in the section Contact . When placing an order, you agree to the Terms and Conditions, as described on our website.

If, after placing an order, you change your mind about the ordered products, in full or partially, please let us know as soon as possible. We will try to make the necessary changes before handing the package over to the courier company. If they have already been delivered to the courier, we can no longer modify or cancel the order. The products will reach you and you will need to return them according to the Return Policy.

Product delivery

On Romania’s territory

  • FREE – for orders with a value higher than 500 lei, anywhere in the country through the express courier company
  • Delivery fee of 15 lei – anywhere in the country through the express courier company

The delivery time is 1-3 working days, with the mention that during the holidays and during the discount periods, the delivery time can be extended.

Internationally

 We deliver anywhere in the world by road courier or express by air. The delivery fee depends on your location and you can find it out during checkout, after entering the destination country.

International orders can only be paid in full by credit card.

Depending on the delivery method chosen, the package arrives in the destination country in 4-10 days.

Any customs or import duties or taxes are charged once the package arrives at its destination country Should customers refuse to accept a parcel due to import taxes or fail to be contacted by courier to pay for import taxes, they take full liability for all postal charges, return shipment costs, customs charges and handling fees, and they must bear any loss resulting from that. No refund will be accepted in this case.

We are not responsible for delayed shipments, loss, destruction, damage, non-delivery or incorrect delivery of a shipment or part of it if it is generated by situations beyond our control.

Bounced Back / Returned Packages

Some reasons for bounced back or returned packages are insufficient address, incorrect address or unclaimed packages. It is buyers’ responsibility to provide us with the correct and complete mailing address and make sure he/she is available on delivery. In case of a wrong delivery address, incorrect contact details or unclaimed packages, the customer takes full liability for all postal charges, return shipment costs, customs charges and handling fees If a package is not claimed, the buyer cannot ask for a refund.
